Shubh Kansal, a penultimate year student at Maharashtra National Law University, Mumbai, has a profound interest in International Economic Law, with a focus on International Trade Law and Investment Law. He has cultivated his interest through diverse internships, including the notable one at the Centre for Trade and Investment Law (CTIL) under Prof. Dr. James Nedumpara's mentorship. As the founding editor of the esteemed Journal on Corporate Law & Commercial Regulations (CLCR) at MNLU, Mumbai, and the current Convener of the Centre for Maritime Law and Research (CMLR), he promises a strong commitment to his field. In his experiences within International and domestic law firms, including consulting firms, he has explored the intricacies of ODI and FDI laws. These experiences fostered a nuanced understanding and keen interest in International Investment Law, M&A, corporate law, and related domains.
Student Name- Prathamesh N Bhutada
Prathamesh N Bhutada is a third year law student at Maharashtra National Law University, Mumbai. He has a keen interest in Commercial and Constitutional Law. He is also an ardent mooter, currently he is part of the team representing the university in 2024 Philip C. Jessup International Law Moot Court Competition, and in the past has been part of the teams which represented the University in 20th Willem C Vis (East) International Commercial Arbitration Moot, Hong Kong and 29th M. C. Chagla Memorial Government Law College National Moot Court Competition, 2022. At the University, he is part of various research centres and MNLUM Law Review.
Student Name - Prakrit Patro
Prakrit is a third year student of law at Maharashtra National Law University, Mumbai. He takes avid interest in Public International Law and it's aspects pertaining to Trade. He was a member of the team representing the University at the Willem C Vis International commercial Arbitration Moot, Hong Kong, which was adjudged as sixteenth finalists, as well as at the 26th Stetson International Environment law moot. At the University, he's the Co-convenor of the Centre For Research in Air and Space Laws and Associate editor of the journal, Indian Review of Air and Space Laws.
Student Name- Shivang Monga
Shivang is a third-year law student at Maharashtra National Law University, Mumbai. He has a deep interest in international commercial arbitration and international trade law. He was a member of the 20th Vis East International Commercial Arbitration Moot team of the college which was adjudged Sixteenth Finalists in the Competition and also won the Honorable Mention citation for Claimant Memorandum. He also works as Deputy Managing Editor of Indian Review of Air and Space Law Blog
Student Name - Harshita Sharma
Harshita Sharma is a third-year law student at Maharashtra National Law University, Mumbai. Having represented the university in NALSAR UNHRC PIL Moot Court Competition and 26th Annual Stetson International Environmental Law Moot Court Competition, she has developed avid interest in Public International Law and its other dimensions catering to International Trade Law. At the university, she has been a part of multiple research centres diversifying her interests in laws like Maritime and Trade laws, Insolvency and multiple aspects of Commercial laws.
